Do NOT take anything listed as an MAOI or MAO because these contradict pain pills and SSRI's both by allowing the above meds to cross the blood brain barrier... but there are non maoi herbs that can help. Chammomile and lemon balm can be helpful as can hops (hops are icky though even if you like beer). *wishing you a good nights rest friend* ps..
