But it doesn’t have to be that way; it is possible to report drug dealing anonymously. Crime Stoppers is an effective national program that collects anonymous crime tips. Anyone who wants to report drug activity can contact Crime Stoppers via phone or online. A national tip line is available 24/7, and the program also operates out of local offices.

Hypothetically, yes you can buy drugs from a person on the street, then go the police station and report him. You will be in possession of illegal drugs and you will have voluntarily admitted to buying illegal drugs on the street to a police officer. It will be the easiest case they have made this week.

Snitches get stitches, and all that sort of thing. If he’s only dealing and not pushing, leave him alone. If you don’t know the difference, leave him alone. If he IS pushing, though, yes, report him, but be prepared to move somewhere else fast.

To report illegal drug activity, start by writing down any details of the situation, such as the location, license plates of cars, and names of people involved. You should also look for signs of drug deals taking place, like large amounts of people visiting a house for brief periods or getting in and out of a car.

Your report will be filled and they also may have your call transferred to a department that deals with all the drug-related cases. 3.

It is important that, if possible, you make a note of all the vehicles involved and any descriptions of the suspected drug dealers in terms of their appearance. All of this information then needs to be passed onto your local police force via their non-emergency number 101, by online reporting mechanisms or through the Crimestoppers link in Related Information.
